Hair Ordering and Hair Installation Policies

PRICING

• Requests for longer lengths, straighter textures, and lighter colors will be added to the price of your selected service.
• Fuher is our special blend of imported Malaysian, Non-Relaxed or Indian Human Hair. All hair is done to your specifications and is non –refundable or exchangeable due to health code violations. 

DEPOSITS

• Deposits are required for all services, and due in advance of your appointment confirmation. Deposits can be made using PayPal via the online Appointment Book.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVAL

• Due to the nature of our services we must stay on a timely basis.   In the event you are more than 15-20 minutes late we may have to reschedule or you may not be able to receive all of your services.

RESCHEDULING

• Rescheduled install appointments will require an additional $100 deposit upon booking your future appointment. 
• Maintenance appointments cancelled on the day of service will require an additional $60 fee applied to your future appointment. 

NO SHOW / SAME DAY CANCELLATION

• Deposits will be forfeited for install appointments.
