We understand that the cost of beauty services can be over most budgets. Trayce Madre International now offers a custom Flex Pay Program to accommodate your budgetary needs.
What is Flex Pay?
Flex Pay is an interest free, recurring payment service that allows payments to be customized to match the timing and frequency of your paydays or the pay schedule that works best for you.
How does Flex Pay work?
Flex Pay sets up automatic recurring payments patterned to “split” the payment for your beauty services (including the cost of hair) according to what works best for your budget. So, instead of paying for all of your services on the day of your appointment, you could chose the “bi-weekly”, “weekly”, or the “monthly” flex option. Thereby working the cost of your services into your budget prior to the day of your service!
What is an “automatic recurring payment”?
An “automatic recurring payment” is a payment made by the use of your credit or debit card without you having to call or go online to make a payment. A completed “Flex Play Authorization Agreement” is required prior to being enrolled in the Flex Pay Program.
What are the benefits of Flex Pay?
With the constant changes of our economy, you will receive budgeting benefits of not having to pull the cost of an entire hair service out of one paycheck.

How do I sign up and what does it cost?
Sign up is easy using the form below. A “Flex Pay Authorization Agreement”, including the itemized reoccurring charges of your custom Flex Pay plan will be sent to the email address provided. The Flex Pay Program will not begin without the receipt of this form, and a minimum down payment of $50. Larger down payments are encouraged, and will decrease your automatic recurring payments.
Does everyone qualify to participate?
Yes! Flex Pay is a free and easy way for clients to pay for their beauty services with multiple automatic recurring payments. Trayce Madre International reserves the rights to remove clients from the program for the inability to process reoccurring payments and/or other occurrences that are at the discretion of Trayce Madre International.
How do I make changes to my Flex Pay information?
Changes to your credit/debit card information, increases to reoccurring payments that will assist you with paying off your balance more quickly, or to change payment dates must be done in writing and will require the completion of a new “Flex Pay Authorization Agreement” . Requests to change Flex Pay information must be emailed to FlexPay@extensionguru.com . Please allow enough time (minimum7 business days) for the changes to become effective.
Can I cancel Flex Pay once it begins?
Once enrolled in the Flex Pay program, the enrollment cannot be cancelled due to the cost of ordering hair, business occurred credit card fees, and appointment availability.
When will the automatic reoccurring payments begin?
The automatic reoccurring payments begin when on the date selected, on the “Flex Play Authorization Agreement” form.
How can I be sure an automatic payment was made?
When you sign up for the program you will be asked for your email address. This information is requested so that an email receipt or confirmation can be generated when a payment is made. Additionally, your credit/debit statement from your banking institution will reflect your payment with the reference code of “Trayce Madre International”.
Is participation in Flex Pay mandatory for all clients or required to receive beauty services?
Most clients choose Flex Pay so they can budget effectively, but this program is not mandatory or required to receive services/products from Trayce Madre International.
