In Salon Consultation

Q: Does Trayce offer in salon consultations prior to my appointment.
A: Yes, consultations are for clients that have questions that cannot be answered via the website or by my personal assistant. In salon consultations are a done at a cost of $50. The amount paid for the consultation will be applied to your services when booking your appointment.

Deposit

Q: Is a deposit required for all appointments?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.  Your deposit ensures that only you will have that scheduled time with Trayce.  This helps personalize the services you receive.
Q: I tried to reschedule my appointment, but the system is requesting that I pay another deposit.  Why is this?
A: When making an appointment your deposit guarantees your appointment for that day.  If another day needs to be scheduled another deposit will need to be made to guarantee that appointment.  All money paid for deposits will be taken off of the final amount due.

Booking

Q: How far in advance should I book my appointment?
A: Trayce’s appointment book is live.  At any point during the day a client has the ability to go on and book an appointment with a deposit. While booking times vary, Trayce often is booked a month in advance.

Hair

Q: I noticed that the Fuher hair line that Trayce uses is not in my budget.  Can I bring in my own hair?
A: Trayce has her own hair line (Fuher) which she uses for all installs.  The weft that Trayce uses is specialized to the technique used for all sew-ins.  No outside hair is allowed.
Q: Can I purchase Trayce’s line of hair(Fuher), but have my stylist perform the install?
A: The Fuher line of hair is only available to clients receiving installations by Trayce Madre.

Timing

Q: How long does it take for Trayce to complete either technique?
A: Trayce is a detailed oriented stylist, who prides herself in giving each client individualized attention.  Depending on the technique, you can plan to be in Trayce’s hands for 4-6 hours.

Coloring

Q. Can I get my extensions colored on the same day of an install?
A.  Yes, coloring to extensions can be done on the same day of an install, but requires prior notice and an in salon consultation.
